Malay kind of sushi... at bandar baru bangi
This shop started operating at the beginning of the year, on the date of
1st January 2014. Encik Rosli Yusop was the founder of this sushi's
store.
Mr Rosli as the holder of a degree at the University of Saga in Kyushu
Island, Japan and lived there for 7 years with his wife Mrs. Azlinda
Zakaria has got idea to open this sushi shop.
During living there, Mrs. Azlinda lot to learn about Japanese culture,
especially about food. Mrs. Azlinda advantage in cooking since childhood
makes her easy to learn about Japanese food, especially in how to cook
rice.
Last year, Mrs. Azlinda learn how to make Takoyaki and won praise from
her colleagues while Mr. Rosli who have been work as fishmonger also try
to makes Tempura from the fish that he sells. Mrs. Azlinda formerly a
clerk obtain the capital to open a shop from her employer.
The objective of this sushi shop opened was to provide a guaranteed
halal Japanese food and eat without worries for the Muslims especially
sushi lovers.
They get the ingredients to make Japanese food from Japanese companies
in Malaysia. The specialty of Toyyiban Sushi is located on their
homemade soy sauce that halal guaranteed.
Toyyiban Sushi now has five to six employees and an average customer who comes into the store every day was 50 to 60 people.
